The work of missions, both foreign and domestic, is a priority for the people at Trinity. Generally, about 35-40% of the budget is dedicated to mission work in one form or another. As a congregation we support a number of missionaries, several whom have been sent out from Trinity, as well as organizations and programs that support gospel work. Some have been supported a short time while others have been our hands and feet in other lands for several decades.
At the moment we partner with workers in the Middle East, Ireland, the Philippines, the Netherlands, South Africa. Brazil, the Far East and India. These efforts involve Bible translation, discipleship, church planting, mission’s education and preparation, refugee assistance, accounting and finances, teaching, children’s ministry, pastoral education and development, and in some cases, simple friendship evangelism.
Our pastor has travelled a number of times to the Philippines and other international locations to teach the Word of God to pastors and laymen of the church. There is a tremendous worldwide need and the Lord is enabling us to do our part in the building up of His church around the globe.
